Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. You may delete your account at any time from Account & data.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Cognys for anything illegal, harmful, harassing or deceptive.
- Do not try to bypass usage limits, misuse the service, or disrupt it for others.
- Do not create content that infringes others' rights or sexualises minors.
We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI answers
Cognys uses AI, which can make mistakes. Check important information yourself. Answers are not professional legal, medical or financial advice.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you send and what Cognys creates for you. You let us process it only to run the service.
Plans and limits
Guest and Free use have daily limits shown in the app and on the pricing page. Limits and features may change.
Availability
Cognys is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Cognys after changes means you accept them.
